For this bento I decided to run with an idea from the top of my head.
I had some cold duck meat and imeditely thought salad of some kind and decided from the contents of the pantry and fridge for the rest!
I cooked up some Udon noodles which I then rinsed and cooled, tossed some duck up with some mirin, sake and soy sauce, then added in some raw yellow pepper.
Have you guys ever had noodles cold?
What do you think? Would you give them a try?
