Today’s bento is a bit of a mean one, chicken and chicken eggs.
That’s the reason I call it the Mother and child bento of course!
I roasted up a chicken breast and cut it into thick chunks, then boiled some eggs, 2 for each box and added some Japanese rice completed with sesame seeds.
I added a little rock salt to this to counteract any blandness from chicken or egg and it really made the meal for me, the saltiness was perfect!
