It’s so hot here in the UK today, not a good day to be cooped up in the kitchen!
Today I want to show you some pork chops I made into a quick and tasty meal.
I cooked up some Japanese rice and made a well in the middle which I filled liberally with home toasted sesame seeds.
I then added some grilled and seasoned pork chops on top.
The seasoning is made up of salt, mixed peppercorns, allspice amongst other things, so the taste is pleasantly zingy, lending a helping hand to the plain rice.
