Sometimes, you just get into a munching mood.
I’m not sure if I am always in this mode or if it only happens when there’s next to no food left in the house but none the less I end up attempting to make something tasty involving flour, sugar and other little kitchen staples.
I love the magic of it all because in my mind flour, sugar, yeast even are not viable food options.
So when I put together all of these foods, none edible by themselves, together, things I look at and say there is no food in the house and make something to feast on from them, it is pure wonderment I feel!
It feels as though I have made something out of nothing.
One such something is my Lemon drizzle cake.
Sorry I couldn’t save you more!
