Homemade Potato Wedges Recipe

Potatoes are great, yup it’s official.

Potatoes are so versatile but often they are really time consuming to prepare what with washing, peeling etc…

My recipe for potato wedges is simple, delicious and can be made with ease, the hardest part is to wait for them to cook!

Homemade Potato Wedges

Baking Potatoes
Spices of choice
Vegetable oil spray

Rinse potatoes well and cut into wedges about 6 to 8 a potato.

Use a fork to scrape the skin of each wedge.

Arrange wedges flat on a lightly oiled baking tray and sprinkle over some spices of choice, salt and pepper is great, mild chilli powder and paprika etc..

Place in a 220 Celsius oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Turn each potato wedge over halfway through cooking to ensure browning on both sides.
Easy and versatile!

You wouldn’t believe how well they go dipped in some cold tuna and mayonnaise!

Great finger food for a party or watching a movie.
