Today I have an autumn tree for lunch!
Thankfully it’s a lot more appetising than dry leaves and twigs!
For my background I have some noodles cooked in miso, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Tossed into them are fresh pieces of grilled turkey.
To counter balance the very mild flavours of the background there are lashings of layered Chorizo Pamplona and Chorizo thinly sliced for the leaves and “grass” with a slice of velvety and delicate Serrano ham for the tree’s trunk.
