Another Monday, wonderful aren’t they?
Today I made a spring roll bento!
These are probably more traditional than the type you would get in a local Chinese takeaway!
These filled rice flour pancakes are next to no calories at all depending on what fillings you include.
They are wonderfully filling too!
For mine, I fried finely chopped turkey, green beans and chestnut mushrooms together and left to cool with a dash of Yuzu juice, great to bring out sweet, sour and fresh tastes!
One fabulous feast fit for a (skinny) king or queen!
