Hey guys,
this week I’m feeling a little healthy.
I woke up this morning feeling refreshed happy and willing to save a couple of animals lives by going vegetarian, for the day of course!
The box of mushrooms on my kitchen side called to me and I knew I had to do something with them to keep my day light and bright!
So here we have my raw mushroom and fried Champagne bread salad bento.
I fried the bread in thyme and olive oil giving it wonderful crispness and flavour!
I added a tasty salad dressing to bring it all together!
When those mushrooms are left to marinade away until lunch time, boy are you in for a treat!
If you can wait that long!
