This morning I made a very Japanese inspired bento!
The spinach Gomaae is spinach, enrobed in thick delicious sesame sauce which I then turned into balls.
The tofu balls are made from lightly crushed tofu with red chilli, carrot, spinach, soy sauce and fresh herbs combined!
Though it may not look like much it is really filling!
For dessert, a simple but delicious combination, pineapple with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut and demerara sugar!
