The hubby cooked this delicious crumble as a surprise for dessert so I thought I’d share it with you guys. Enjoy.
The Hubby’s Quick & Easy Pear Crumble
100g plain flour
50g demerara sugar
411g tin of pear quarters in juice, drained
Preheat the oven to 200oc.
Place the flour in a medium bowl and add the butter.
Rub the flour and butter together with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the sugar and mix.
Meanwhile take a medium sized oven safe oval dish, and add the drained pears.
Place the crumble mix on top and cook for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve with warm custard and enjoy!
